Eli's Soccer Games

One of my favorite things to do lately has been to go Eli's soccer games. I am so glad we are here and get to go and enjoy life with our family. Eli is so amazing and I am so glad his knee did good this year. Every time I would take Skye and we would pull up to the high school she would get so excited and say Eli, Eli, Soccer. She loves her Uncle E so much!! I had such a great time hanging out watching him play. What wonderful (and some not so wonderful, cinnamon toothpick) memories I have. We did get to go to one of Ajia's soccer games, she broke her foot and didn't get to play very much this season, but the game we went to we sure loved. Skye loved looking out of the sunroof of my parents car, she would say I see, I see or yell Ajia.

Grandma Howell's Retirement Party

Grandma had her retirement party May 15. She taught for 28 years! Brayden, Eli & Ajia all had her as  a teacher, I'm a little sad Skye won't have her but she will hopefully have Aunt Shanna :) You are such an amazing person Grandma I love you so much!

Mother's Day

What a lucky lucky lady I am. For Mother's Day we went to Hogle Zoo the day before and had a wonderful day. On Mother's Day Jordan made breakfast & lunch, he did the dishes and helped me with the laundry. What an awesome husband I have, he got me some nice things from Victoria Secret :) Then we went and spent time with my family and had a perfect day. I have the most perfect little angel anyone could ever ask for. Skye is my whole entire world and I love her so much!!! I am so thankful for my mom and Denese. I am so lucky to have such great role models in my life, they have taught me how to be a good mom. Denese you are such an amazing, strong, fun women I look up to you so much, thank you for being so wonderful. Mom you are crazy fun, you always know how to make me smile and laugh, I can't wait to see you!! I love you both so much!

Hogle Zoo

May 12th we decided to go to Hogle Zoo, kind of an early Mother's Day celebration. It was so much fun. We went to Smith & Edwards to look around, then decided to have some lunch at Famous Dave's BBQ. It was so yummy! They had jalapeno mac & cheese and Skye just loved it. Then we finally got to the zoo. It was so busy we had to stand in line for like 15 minutes, but so worth it. We had so much fun. The first thing we went and saw were the elephants and Skye was just memorized. It was the cutest thing, we got to sit in the front row during the bird show, which was great! Skye loved seeing all the animals but her favorite thing was the carousel. Every time we would pass it she would say mama please. We rode the train and just had a wonderful day. I love my sweet adorable little family, I am so lucky!!
